You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for all items, including B-stock. A direct exchange for a different size is not possible — please return and reorder.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason needed.
This right applies to all items in our shop, including B-stock (pre-owned) sneakers.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@a2stock.de with your order number before sending the item back.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please include all original packaging and accessories.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Because each pair in our shop is a unique item, we cannot process direct size exchanges.
If you need a different size: withdraw from your order within 14 days to receive a full refund, then place a new order for the size you need.
